			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We have 5 budget rooms available at the Shearer’s Quarters located adjacent to the Main House at the Main Homestead. These rooms are clean, basic sleeping accommodation and can sleep 4 to 5 people per room. <span id="more-100"></span></p>
<p>Guests have access to shared shed camping area kitchen and ablution facilities adjacent, with toilets, showers and disabled facilities. Basic linen provided, guests need to bring their own bedding and towels.</p>
<p>These rooms contain trio beds, that is, 1 double bed with a single bed, bunk style, above it.</p>
<p>The shearing shed camp kitchen has a fridge, sink, gas BBQ, electric stove, urn, toaster, ceiling fans, pot belly stove, a large deck area, tables and chairs, crockery and cutlery and rainwater supply. Adjacent to the Shed is a clean ablution block with hot showers and toilets.</p>
<p>You will need to bring along your own food. The closest shops are in Northampton (65km), Kalbarri (80km) and fuel and limited groceries are available from the Binnu store (25km).</p>

<li>Rooms 3 and 4 have 2 trio beds</li>
<li>Ted’s room has 2 trio beds</li>
